We are aware that there is a bug on the "buy points" page that is making it difficult to purchase lesson points. Thank you to the students that have reported this to us. We are working on a solution now and will update you when it is fixed.

We have found and resolved the problem with our booking system. I am very sorry for the problems and confusion this has caused.
Unfortunately, we had to roll back the site about 8 hours. That means that if you booked or cancelled lessons in the last 8 hours, you will not see that reflected on the site now. You also may not see lesson records from teachers for the same period.

I’d like to introduce you to one of our new teachers, Nadim. He is originally from England and currently lives in Colombia. He can speak three languages besides English—Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. He is incredibly motivated and passionate about the English language and has even built his own course and written a book for English learners. The bug in the invite (ics files) attached to lesson booking emails was fixed and the site updated last night. You should now be able to add lessons to your calendar again and keep track of your lessons. Please contact support if you are still having problems with this.

Hi everyone,
I am sorry that some of you are having trouble with the ics files (the calendar invite file) that are attached to lesson booking messages. This means you can have problems adding lessons to your calendar. The issue seems to be limited to Outlook (if you are having trouble with other calendar software, like Google Calendar, please contact us and let us know).
This issue caused a brief site crash last weekend, and we put in a temporary fix while we look for a better solution.
